PTFE coated Kevlar fabric
PTFE-coated Kevlar fiber products are available for (1) mesh belts and (2) flat belts. There are also mesh belt products made of a combination of Kevlar and fiberglass, which can be selected for different applications.
Compared with PTFE-coated fiberglass products, the maximum working temperature of PTFE-coated Kevlar products is only about 200°C. However, the biggest advantage of Kevlar products is their high tensile strength. This Kevlar product also has conductive function for customers to choose from.
Applications include washing machine mesh belts, panel cutting machine mesh belts, non-woven fabric conveyor belts, textile conveyor belts, and so on.
